Our returns policy is clear and simple. If you want to return products to us, you can do so within 30 days of receiving them.

The goods must be returned by the buyer at his expense, unless the purchased item is defective or damaged.

The goods must be returned to us in a brand new condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.

To return the goods, you need to follow three simple steps:

2. Wait for our confirmation – you will receive an e-mail with an RMA number, which must be printed and placed in the packaging with the returned goods.
